Delete your BlockVault account

Request deletion of your BlockVault account and the data linked to it. You can do it yourself in the app in under a minute.

BlockVault is non-custodial: we never hold your funds or your seed phrase. Deleting your account does not move or destroy assets on-chain.

How to delete your account

Two ways, depending on whether you still have the app.

  • 01 / In the app

    Open BlockVault, tap the left menu, go to Manage Account and choose Delete SIWE Account.

  • 02 / Confirm with your wallet

    Confirm and sign the request with your wallet password or biometrics. Your registered account is removed from our servers. Your wallet stays on your device.

  • 03 / Without the app

    Cannot open the app? Email support@blockvault.ai with your wallet address and Telegram username. We reply within 24 business hours and will ask you to sign a message proving you own the wallet.

What happens to your data

Deletion applies to the data BlockVault holds about your account. Here is exactly what is removed and what stays.

Your private keys never reach us

BlockVault never stores, sees or has access to your private keys or seed phrase. They are generated and encrypted on your device and never leave it. Deleting your account removes our server records only: the signature that authorizes the request is created locally, and we only receive the signed message, never the key.

Your wallet and seed phrase stay on your device and are not affected. Keep your seed phrase backed up: without it, your funds cannot be recovered if you lose the device.

/ Deleted
  • Wallet registration: Ethereum address, Telegram ID, username and first name.
  • Your referral code and your referral relationships.
  • Campaign redemptions and reward payout records.
/ Kept
  • Transactions on public blockchains, including rewards already sent. They live on public ledgers that nobody can erase.
  • Anonymous bug or chat reports sent from the app. They are not linked to your wallet and are used only for safety review.
  • On your device: your wallet, seed phrases and local data stay on your device. Uninstalling the app removes them.
